Warranty Returns

Andis Master Cordless Silver Clipper (AS12480) and the Andis Supra ZR II Cordless Clipper (AS79010).

Warranty queries relating to all other Andis products should be referred to the supplier from where the item was purchased.

We are sorry that your clipper has developed a fault, the Andis Master Cordless Silver Clipper (AS12480) and the Andis Supra ZR II Cordless Clipper (AS79010) are guaranteed against mechanical breakdown through normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.


Please ensure you have validated the warranty on your clipper, if you have not validated your warranty please visit the Warranty Registration page first.



Warranty Information

All claims made under warranty are subject to inspection. During inspection if a defect arises from misuse, damage, fair wear and tear, negligence, failure to follow product instructions, abnormal working conditions or alterations of the good then the warranty will be null and void.


We reserve the right to contact an independent specialist to evaluate clipper(s) in question. Evidence of this independent advice will be provided to the customer.


If a claim on a clipper is made during the warranty period, which results in a repair or a replacement being issued, the repaired or the replacement clipper does not come with a new warranty. The original warranty period is still in effect from the date that the original product was received.


Warranties are not valid on any item that is shipped outside of the United Kingdom.


What's not included:

  • Consumable parts such as blades, cables, shaver heads, foils or cutters along with any accidental damage.
  • Any cosmetic damage scratches, dents, corrosion or colour where the function of the product is unaffected.
  • Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product, or any loss over and above the purchase price on the original item.
  • Accidental damage.

Return Process

  • Generate a Warranty Claim Form by clicking on this link.
  • Email the completed Warranty Claim Form to andiswarrantyspuk@groomers-online.com 
  • On receipt of the claim form SPUK will email a Freepost return label, this will enable the clipper to be returned free of charge.
  • When returning the clipper please ensure it is packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
  • The following items will need to be included (failure to include all items may result in a delay in processing the warranty return):
           - The charging lead and charging pod.
           - A copy of the warranty claim form.
  • Upon receipt, the clipper will be assessed against the Andis warranty criteria, if met the clipper will be repaired or replaced.
  • SPUK aim to complete all repairs within 14 working days of receipt of the clipper, our working days are Monday to Friday.
  • Repaired or replaced items will be returned to the customer at the address supplied on the return form.
